The controller of your personal data is Balmed S.R.L., with its registered office in Milan (MI), Via Dante 16, 20121 Milan, (hereinafter “BALMED” or “the Controller”).
PURPOSES AND THE LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
The purpose of processing your personal data is to answer questions and issues sent via this contact form.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller, which is the proper customer service, including providing answers to questions that the Controller has received (i.e. Art. 6 (1) letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data processed by BALMED may be made available to the following entities:
a) entities from the capital group – to a limited extent necessary for providing answers to questions or for the implementation of internal administrative purposes permitted under the GDPR,
b) entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, i.e. suppliers providing IT services, entities providing consulting and legal services.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA
Data may be transferred to a third country (i.e. a country not belonging to the European Economic Area). The transfer of data may only take place to those third countries for which an adequate level of data protection has been determined by a decision of the European Commission. In the absence of such a decision – on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Article 46(2) of the GDPR) or by ensuring another mechanism that legalizes the transfer and ensures data protection, in accordance with applicable regulations.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PERIOD
Your personal data will be used by the Controller only for the period necessary to provide complete correspondence regarding the reported matter and provide the answer.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You have the right to access your data and request its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to data portability.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data in relation to the processing carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your data violates the regulations. In Italy, the supervisory authority is the President of the Italian Data Protection Authority (address: Piazza Venezia 11 – 00187 Roma).
